Our service staff are fully trained and certified to work on all bicycle makes and models, not just the ones we sell. Whether it’s a minor tune-up or a major overhaul, you can be confident that Greenville Bike & Tri will take care of all your bicycle service needs.

We're fast! Most walk-ins can be serviced within the hour. If not, you can leave your bike with us and get it in our schedule to be worked on as quickly as possible.

Meet Darren: Our Fit Specialist

Meet Darren Broome, our in-house fit specialist and master mechanic with three decades of experience in the bicycle industry.
For the past 25 years, Darren has dedicated his career to professional bike fitting and high-level mechanical service. His work has taken him to shops across the country, sharpening his expertise and deepening his understanding of what riders truly need. He also spent over a decade running his own bike shop, giving him invaluable insight into every aspect of the cycling world.

Darren isn’t just an expert, he’s an athlete.
He has competed in everything from sprint triathlons to Ironman New Zealand, from short-track MTB races to the Leadville 100, plus countless cyclocross events, road races, and criteriums. For more than 10 years, he also served as the Bike Course Tech Director for the Ironman Triathlon World Championship in Kona, coordinating a fleet of six tech vans supporting thousands of athletes, including the world’s best, on race day.

His background extends into coaching as well, having trained local triathletes at Boca Hawaii alongside triathlon legend Raul Torres De Sa. Academically, Darren holds a Tech 2 certification from Barnett’s Bicycle Institute and has completed numerous fit-specific courses throughout his career.

All of this experience has shaped Darren’s signature “fit-first” philosophy.
He focuses on proper body alignment to deliver unmatched comfort, efficiency, and long-term injury prevention. With Darren, you’re not just getting a bike fit, you’re getting decades of knowledge, athlete-tested insight, and a personalized approach tailored to your goals.

Get A Discount on Your Next Bike!

When you trade your old bike in to us. We work with a number of 3rd party resellers that will take your bike in, assess a trade value, and if you accept the value stated we give it to you as in-store credit. We won't charge you for the leg work of sending your bike off to have it valued, just drop it off and we do the rest. Bikes that are eligible for this program must be a 2016 model year or newer and have an original retail value of $1,500 or more. 


Your trade-in credit is not immediate and must go through the process of being assessed by our third party vendors before you get your in-store credit.
